Coles Wind welcome center and laydown yard construction continues 2/27/2026

Signage installation continuing on IL-130, 1700N, 1600N, and 1500N corridors.

crews will continue laying out and putting up Windfarm signage on IL-130, County Road 1700N, 1600N, and 1500N. Flagmen will be used for any short-term partial lane closures. Rock will continue to be hauled into the Welcome Center for the aggregate stockpile.
