Coles Wind welcome center and laydown yard construction continues 2/26/2026

Signage installation continuing on 1800N, 1300E, 1700N, and 1400E corridors.

Crews will continue laying out and putting up Windfarm signage on County Road 1800N, 1300E, 1700N, and 1400E. Flagmen will be used for any short-term partial lane closures. Rock will continue to be hauled to the Welcome Center for the aggregate stockpile.
